Strong interpersonal skills including team building, coaching and mentoring • *Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and software development methods.* • Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity. • Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess needs and system requirements. • Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems. • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. • * 10+ years of experience in leading development teams and technical personnel* • *Must be willing to work fulltime from our North Dallas location. Travel is ok.* • Must be willing to work long hours and weekends when needed to meet project schedules • * Proficient in MS tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Project* Preferred: • Previous consulting experience • *Telecom (wireline) data experience* • Verizon wireline system experience with emphasis on data management or ETL • Data conversion experience • M&A experience including “flash cut” experience Responsible for: • Leading an onshore team and possibly an offshore team of data analyst, SQL developers, and Informatica Data Quality developers • Team will be receiving extract files from acquired properties and responsible for data profiling, validating to provided data dictionaries, and loading the source tables for all systems • Leading team and working with data center operations teams to meet extremely aggressive timelines.
