ASAP Position: Maximo with Java Consultant Duration:9 months+ Location: NY Job Description: MANDATORY Requirements (add additional sheets if necessary): NOTE:CANDIDATES WHO DO NOT MEET ALL MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR FURTHER EVALUATION 1. 3+ Years experience supporting or developing Maximo business solutions using Maximo configuration tools, including Application Designer, Database configuration and Workflow experience in a Java Development Environment is required; 2. 4+ Years of solid Java development experience using J2EE along with various Java tool sets is required; 3. 3+ Years of Maximo Business Object (MBO) Development or Maximo Enterprise Adapter (MEA) User Exit development experience is required 4. 4+ Years experience with Oracle databases is required; 5. 4+ Years experience writing SQL queries and procedures is required; 6. 3+ Years experience interfacing Maximo with other information systems through the Oracle MEA and generic MEA, Middleware and other Web service interfaces is required; and 7. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with IT Admin and DBA personnel. DESIRABLE Experience Listed in order of importance: 1. Report development using Maximo Actuate is desired. 2. Experience with redundant and/or distributed Maximo configurations and architectures is desired.
