PeopleTools 8.52 *General Description of the Engagement* We are recruiting a Peoplesoft Developer Contractor to provide support and analysis for the City and County of Denver’s PeopleSoft Financial and HR applications. Candidate should have extensive understanding of the following PeopleSoft modules, in the 9.1 version. - Accounts Payable - Asset Management - Banking - Commitment Control - General ledger - Project Costing & Grants - Purchasing - Vendor Maintenance - HR Additionally, candidate should have experience with PeopleTools 8.52, including Integration Broker, Application Designer, PeopleSoft Security administration, Workflow (both Virtual Approver and Approval Framework), Process Scheduling, Installation Options, Tree Manager, Reporting Tools (including nVision), and module configuration. *Engagement Start Date & Duration, Weekly Hours, Work Location* The start date is estimated to be immediate. The engagement will be 40 hours per week reporting to the Manager of the Enterprise Applications Analysis team. The duration of the engagement is expected to be approximately 6 months. The start date, billing rate, and engagement details will be formally specified in a task order issued under the terms of the vendor’s On-Call contract with the City and County of Denver. *Expected Responsibilities:* • Support of the PeopleSoft 9.1 modules and tools listed in the General Description • Data Analysis and Correction using SQL and Query tools • Integration and Interface Support • Technical Requirements Gathering & Documentation • Solution Unit Testing • Issue Tracking & Resolution • Release Support • Production Support of Applications • Issues/Risks Documentation *The ideal candidate will:* • Pass a background check. • Have an excellent professional attitude with strong interpersonal communications and presentation skills. This is a customer facing position and requires that the resource approach all work tasks and business relationships with the internal project team, external vendors and other support resources in a highly professional manner. • Collaborate with the business and other TS associates to deliver high quality technical solutions in the Peoplesoft environment • Have strong development skills to drive the technical design processes. Have strong and proven background in solution design, documentation, testing, and production support of business applications. • Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment. • Able to take direction from team lead and execute to task completion. • Ability to drive tasks to completion and resolve issues and risks. • Previous experience with city or county government is a plus. • Previous experience with PeopleSoft 9.1 is a plus. *Employment Location:* The primary work location is the Wellington Webb Municipal Building, 201 West Colfax Avenue, Denver, Colorado.
