She sets up a 30 minute phone screen the Lead Developer (who we placed). Then they go in for 1 final face to face interview. *KEYS To the Position:* HIGHLIGHTS ARE IMPORTANT • MUST HAVE excellent communication skills - without it they don't care how good the person is technically. Accent is not the issue - must articulate well as they will be interacting with non-technical people • MUST BE a LEAD Developer type. Someone who can both design and code an application. Someone who has guided others. • Fluent in C# and Must have worked with MVC • Must have worked with at least one of the main JavaScript Frameworks - in order of priority Angular.js, Node.js but if they have worked with Knockout.js or bootstrap.js or ext.js that should work.
