Senior BI Support Engineer (on-site)

Duration : 4-6 months
*Overview*
The Senior BI Support Engineer will be responsible for keeping Client's BI
Informatica and Business Objects platform up and running.
Informatica is a mission critical platform for the business reports of
sales and operations performance of the client owned and franchised
restaurants around the globe.
The Senior BI Support Engineer will act as the main point of contact
on-site (at client's facilities in Miami) for any incident escalations from
the Help Desk and IT department on the BI platform.
*Skills:*
-4 to 6 years of experience working with Informatica and/or Business Objects
-Expert in the ETL process with Informatica or expert in Business Objects
reports generation
-Strong knowledge in sql developer with Oracle and SQL server
-Familiar with Data warehouse concepts and data modeling
-Familiar with Master Data and Transactional Data
-Understanding of Sales Data (nice to have)
-Experience in Data Migration Projects
-Incident Management and Problem Management experience (nice to have)
-English fluency, strong communication and customer centric skills are a
must
