*Position: Business Analyst with Peoplesoft* *Location: St Paul, MN* *Duration: 8 months* They need a BA with *PeopleSoft ELM Oracle experience* for an upgrade to Version 9.2, and a simultaneous People Tools upgrade. Requirements are: 5+ years of BA PeopleSoft, 2+ years of ELM preferably in a government setting. Strongly prefer experience on one or more ELM upgrades and experience with WCAG 2.0 specs. Needs to sit in St Paul, MN, contract expected around 8 months, start Feb 1 2016.
