Willingness to be interviewed by the business end user.* *Skill Requirements: *· Strong accounting and analytical skills · Fundamental knowledge of the financial & operational accounting processes in a retail bank environment · Financial statement consolidation experience, especially on intercompany reconciliation/elimination process, rounding, averaging · HFM system experience · Intercompany reconciliation and elimination experience · Financial close and consolidated financial reporting experience · Excellent communication skills (i.e. writing, listening, presentation) - will be working directly for the Deputy CFO · Knowledge of IHC, retail banking products, chart of accounts, accounting systems and flows · Knowledge and experience in HFM or HFM implementation/testing · SEC and Regulatory Reporting experience Responsibility: Create and maintain business requirements and functional specification documents, Requirements Traceability Matrices, Test Scenarios and Test Scripts.
