Job description o Maintain Developers Guide
o Gather raw data from other documents or colleagues for inclusion and
updates
o Work with development team to maintain documentation on evolving APIs
o Write examples-tutorials
o Communicate with development teams, surfacing issues as needed
o Create and maintain installation guides
o Organize and write supporting documents for outward and inward facing
developer tools
o Gather usability feedback from internal and external customers
o Revise documents as new issues arise
o Edit/Author all customer facing documents
Additional Information The technical writer will be responsible for
creating and maintaining documentation for a JavaScript SDK. This includes
how-to guides, getting started guides, and general API documentation. This
individual is responsible for adhering to tight deadlines and delivery of
timely and accurate information.
