*Sr. Business Analyst with NORKOM Tool* *Location*- Warrenville IL *Duration*- 6+ Months Request that any candidate that you shortlist for interview/ discussion, please check if the candidate has Norkom experience and has worked on doing setups, enhancements, functional documentation like Alerts setup, thresholds setup etc. That way this candidate application experience was matching, but his actual role and work performed didn’t match. Profiles for Consultants who can help them build/customize the tool or alerts etc. on NORKOM Tool. *Position* Sr. Business Analyst *Key Responsibilities* · Interact with user representative to understand and document the business requirements and create functional documents, · Data analysis and data mapping. · Facilitate discussion between the business and technology groups · Driving user acceptance criteria with the customer · Facilitating communication between the business & testing team · Co-ordinate, interact and work with various stakeholders, third party partners, etc. as per requirements · Work with Test team in defining and developing test plan and test cases. · Preparation of Testing business scenarios · Support, work and co-ordinate with the Test team to ensure coverage of requirements, defect analysis and completion of testing (including UAT) · Provide required KT to various teams. *Profile* · 8-12 Years of experience in Banking, Lending, AML and related areas. · Strong banking, lending expertise – across areas of banking · Good knowledge of AML – Customer due diligence/ KYC, Suspicious Activity Monitoring, Watchlist Monitoring, FATCA Compliance, CTR, SAR Reporting · Exposure across banking, lending, leasing areas like Loan/ lease, Risk & Regulatory compliance and reporting, Accounting etc. · Exposure in working as a functional/ business analyst in a delivery project · Good understanding of Data Analysis and Data Mapping · Exposure to Norkom AML solution/ BAE AML application · Should be a good communicator and a good team player · Good interpersonal skills, confidence and ability to interact professionally with people at all levels. · Strong business focus including problem resolution · Strong written and verbal Communications Skills and presentation skills.
