I have following requirement, please reply me back with profile along with rate expectation *Title: Sr. Data Modeller (10 year at least) * *Location: Washington, DC and 2 days in VA* *Client: Fannie Mae* *Interview: phone then Skype* *GC-EAD, GC, USC ONLY* *MUST HAVE: COMMUNICATION **SKILLS, ORACLE, SQL, MORTGAGE, and NETEEZA* Day to day activities • Perform analysis on user stories. • Perform user story refinement by working with business. • Develop design artifacts such as data model changes. • Implement data model changes in ER studio. • Develop deployment scripts in both Oracle and Netezza job description: • Refine business and technical requirements to identify and document detailed data requirements, definitions, data lineage and relevant business rules. • Analyze requirements and transform them into corresponding conceptual, logical and physical data models. • Design relational and dimensional models using ER Studio. • Perform development or maintenance work on data models, data dictionaries, or other artifacts to maintain currency with corporate standards, integration with Enterprise Data Architecture and company goals. • Ensure that all artifacts be developed according to SDLC standards and procedures. • Conduct data modeling sessions with business users and technical staff Must have’s skills: • Strong background in Loan Accounting. • Perform user story refinement by working with business. • Develop Logical and physical data models. • Ability to implement logical data models in ER studio. • Ability to develop deployment scripts in both Oracle and Netezza. Preferred skills, but not required: • Familiar with Agile methodology Years of relevant experience: • More than 10 years of hands on experience in data modeling Ideal background : • Strong background in Loan Accounting. • Strong skills in development of Logical and physical data models. • Over 10 years of hands-on experience with development of logical and physical data models. • Hands-on experience with development of deployment scripts in both Oracle and Netezza.
