Here is the job description: · Oracle has taken a proactive position on ensuring a quality user experience for enterprise applications. · At Oracle, user experience means identifying the real end user of our applications, examining how they work today, understanding their pain points, and working closely with product management, strategy, and development to target the most effective improvements in product design. · UX is an integral part of the development process for enterprise applications. · The candidate will be responsible for creating an APEX application which customers will use to sign up to participate in our usability studies. · The candidate must be skilled in *Oracle Applications Express, HTML 5, CSS 3, JSPs, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, and jQuery* *and have at least 1 year experience building rich, highly dynamic web interfaces.* · The candidate must also be well versed in software engineering principles, coding standards, frameworks, and technology. · The candidate must have excellent communication skills to easily collaborate with other developers. · The candidate must be a self-directed team player who thrives in a continually changing environment. · We would like the candidate to work onsite at Oracle Headquarters, Redwood Shores so he/she may easily collaborate with stakeholders and address application issues quickly.
