public sector client is considering a peoplesoft hcm upgrade and is
assembling a team of consultant staff. there are positions available
between 2 project teams (2 possible start dates). the first project team
will perform an analysis of the existing peoplesoft hcm system and document
all current processes (system and business). this effort will confirm the
retention or recommend discarding of existing customizations within the
system in advance of a peoplesoft 9.2 upgrade. the second project team will
come up with best practice recommendation for eliminating or optimizing
current customizations before upgrading to the peoplesoft application
version 9.2 (basically a delta evaluation between 9.1 and 9.2).

*requirements:*

   1. must have experience in public sector transactions, personnel
   management and recruitment
   2.  must have experience and expert knowledge of performance management
   programs
   3.  must present customer with sampling of human resource management
   processes that are being executed within public and private sectors
   4.  must be subject matter expert with peoplesoft hcm 9.1 (project 1 &
   2) and 9.2 (project 2 only)
   5.  must be subject matter expert with peoplesoft eperformance ,
   eprofile, ecompensation, payroll, and workforce development, position data,
   position mgmt., organizational development, compensation, payroll modules
   6.  must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
   7.  must be able to work with business partners to elicit and document
   upgrade requirements and business process re-engineering
   8. detailed understanding of peoplesoft hcm business processes and
   workflows (project 2 only)
   9. experience using a business process documentation toolset (i.e.,
   oracle universal productivity kit (upk))  *only required for project 1.*
