Duration : 12+ Months This person will manage all aspects of Citrix support, including the support of new offshore connectivity. Must be energetic and a good communicator, with serious self management capabilities. Workplace downtown Chicago. --- This is a heavy client facing role Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Oversee the installation, configuration and maintenance of the Citrix server hardware and software systems - Manage the Citrix support process for client's Citrix applications. - Support the development, installation and implementation of offshore development connectivity.
