1.            Consultant should be extremely good communicator

2.            They have to have face to face (As client burnt their finger
in past hiring over the phone)

3.            No remote work offered, Should be certified

Needed are technology advocates to drive innovation and delivery for our
clients through the use of the industry leading Platform as a Service
(PaaS), Force.com.  You will be a member of a highly collaborative and
motivated team working across a number of markets to define and grow
solutions that will change the way our clients do business.  Experience

with all aspects of Force.com development is required – Salesforce
certifications are highly desired.  Candidates are expected to obtain and
etain certifications related to their area of expertise while working with
the Firm.



The developer position will help grow our Force.com capability through

developing and deploying solutions and proofs of concept for our clients.

The developer will provide code reviews of solutions for which s/he is not

fully engaged to verify best practices are being followed; and will be a

mentor for development staff, and those becoming familiar and fluent in the

Force.com platform.



Responsibilities:



•        Provide Force.com development and consulting services to Human

Touch clients;

•        Develop and deploy applications and application updates to the

government app exchange;

•        Develop data migration/integration strategy including but not

limited to data migration/integration template setup, data cleansing, data

transformation, integration methods;

•        Develop solution proof of concepts for delivery to Human Touch and

Human Touch clients;

•        Mentor staff in the development and deployment of Force.com

solutions, and growth within the company;

•        Stay current on latest PaaS technologies;

•        Perform COTS analysis on software/PaaS/SaaS technologies,

including development of proofs of concepts; (Mid-Level to Senior

Responsibilities)

•        Contribute to proposal efforts as required. (Mid-Level to Senior

Responsibilities)







Requirements:

•        5 to 10+ years of experience developing within a full SDLC

program/project;

•        4 to 6+ years of experience in Salesforce.com design,

configuration, and custom development;

•        4 to 6+ years of experience with Agile Scrum development

methodology;

•        Experience with government consulting a plus;

•        Proficiency in Salesforce.com development including custom

objects, workflows, and triggers;

•        Proficiency in Salesforce.com development environment including

Apex, triggers,

•        VisualForce, Force.com IDE, migration tools, SOSQL, and web

services;

•        Experience with Salesforce integration;

•        Experience with enterprise integration to Salesforce.com;

•        Experience with data loader and migration/ETL tools;

•        Experience in integrating Salesforce.com\Force.com with relational

databases;

•        Ability to resolve issues related to the Salesforce.com platform;

•        Solid knowledge of both business and IT processes;

•        Proficiency in developing and executing test scenarios;

•        Strong analytical skills and technical expertise;

•        Knowledge and understanding of CMMI Level 3 processes – experience

with CMMI Level 3 is a plus;

•        Experience with managing multiple complex tasks and leveraging

strengths of the team to deliver; (Mid-Level to Senior Responsibilities)

•        Experience in managing schedule and risk on a project and

communicating status to project lead; (Mid-Level to Senior Level

Responsibilities)

•        Ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve

problems;

•        Ability to work both with a team and independently on development

projects;

•        Seeks to make team better/stronger through mentoring staff,

helping staff with career development, and sharing thoughts/ideas on new

technologies, approaches, and methodologies.



  Educational Requirements:

•        BS Computer Science, or equivalent degree
•        Certified Salesforce Developer
