Ability to debug and triage defects, and provide technical response and follow through. Proactive and self-driven, to bring escalations to a closure Communication skills to interact with customers, customer representatives and decipher problem description. This is not necessarily a pure developer or tester role, but Developers or Testers or a highly skilled individual who can triage, analyze and solve problems will be a good candidate.
