*Job Title* QA Manager *Project Location* Jersey City, NJ *Duration* 6 months /Contract *Skills Required and Job Description:* *MOI Telephone+Face2Face* * Responsibilities:* The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for supporting various Annuity applications across new business and In-force. The person will work as a part of the broader QA organization and will work AXA’s testing vendors to coordinate offshore test activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for hands-on supervision of several concurrent projects, which encompass of functional, integration and regression testing. • Deliver on time, on budget, and on scope • Attend requirements/specifications and design reviews; lay out test approach and test strategy to ensure that overall quality is delivered. • Track project execution to ensure goals are being met; • Report status in a clear, concise, detail oriented manner • Investigate and report any defects encountered diligently, promptly and accurately using a defect-tracking tool. • Communicate with project, development and business teams where necessary. • Escalate quality concerns to QA management. • Participate with the QA team in setting the quality standards *Requirements:* • 7 to 8+ years of software testing/programming/business analysis/information technology experience • BA/BS/BE from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience • *Experience in the Insurance and Financial industry needed* • Experience with Quality Center is a plus • Experience working in an onshore/offshore testing model desirable • Experience with Agile delivery concepts a plus • Experience with test automation (QTP, Cucumber) a plus • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused, dynamic environment with minimal supervision. • Ability to work independently or within a team environment. • Ability to work and learn in a rapidly changing environment. • Ability to express and organize thoughts, ideas and information in a logical and understandable manner both written and oral in relation to issues that fall within their scope of responsibility. • Ability to communicate effectively with business and technology personnel. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, define problems, and develop a means or method to resolve them. • Ability to understand business process and work flows. • Ability to identify testable statements contained in requirements and specification documents, and devise and run appropriate tests. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP-UK" group.
