*Position:- Android Developer* *Location:- Irvine CA* *Duration:- 12 Months* *MOI:- Telephonic + Skype* *Need Only H1B with copy* *AOA and IAP Protocol experience is a must.* *Must-haves * -5 years of experience developing Android Production Applications (applications that have been published in Google Play and downloaded by over 5,000 users) -Experience developing at least one or two Android applications from scratch in the last 3 years -Experience with Android SDK and Android Debugging Tool -4 years of experience with AOA (Android Open Accessory) and IAP (Ipod Accessory Protocol) communication protocols -Experience writing and integrating RESTFUL web services -Experience performance testing, monitoring, troubleshooting applications deployed, installed and actively used -Bachelor's Degree in either Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Engineering *Plusses * -Experience with JIRA issue tracking tool -UI design and development experience (experience with QT creating cross-platform interactive User Interfaces) *Day-to-Day * Android Developer for a large automotive company in Irvine, CA. You will be responsible for creating an Android application completely from scratch. You will also work closely with third party providers on the development of a smartphone application running on Android Devices. You will create the specification documents (Function specifications, Screen specification, and Transition flow specification) for the features to be developed for this project. This position reports to the Connected Car department and focuses on the Implementation of connected apps for their next generation infotainment system.
