*Position : Sr. IOS Developer* *Duration: 6 Months* *Location: Philadelphia, PA* 1) Client still hasn’t found any good candidate yet, and he needs the resource ASAP 2) Skill sets – Client has seen resumes/interviewed candidates who have many years of experience + iOS; unfortunately, they are not a good fit as they are too used to “corporate environment”. He’s looking for someone w/ diverse background in the mobile development: iOS, some design experience, some back-end, etc. He keeps referring to “start-up personality, creative, pick up new technologies, young & eager, adaptable w new technologies, etc.” 3) I also asked Client about the 6 month term, and he said it’s his department’s policy to contract w new resource.
