*Position: Program Manager 4/PM4* *Location: Columbus, OH*
*Job Description:* § 40% of Total Work Effort: Candidate will be responsible for managing Financials implementation effort (must have 5+ years of experience with large-scale PeopleSoft Financials design as well as implementation) § 20% of Total Work Effort: Candidate should have vendor management experience, will be responsible for managing and coordinating all vendor activities. § 20% of Total Work Effort: Reviewing deliverables for accuracy, quality, and compliance and preparing status reports (must have proven work experience creating these items using Microsoft Office, Project, and Visio). § 20% of Total Work Effort: Full lifecycle ERP implementation (must have proven work experience from requirements definition through implementation). *Primary responsibility:* § The Program Manager s primary responsibility will be to lead the entire Financials implementation effort from start to finish including coordinating the activities with system stakeholders and the implementation contractor. § The selected Program Manager will ensure that the program is completed on schedule and that the final product meets the business, technical, quality, and contractual requirements. *Education:* § Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study. *Required Technical Skills:* § At least 8 years ERP Project/Program Management experience including within the public sector. § At least 5 years experience with large-scale PeopleSoft Financials design and implementation including procurement functionality. § At least 4 years experience with full lifecycle ERP implementation projects from requirements definition through implementation. § At least 3 years experience hands-on expertise with Microsoft Office products including Project and Vision Demonstrable outstanding verbal and written communication skills PREFERRED: § Current PMP certification § Department of Transportation experience.
