Builds a strong relationship with business experts and translates business requirements into system requirements and system settings. Documents business requirements, analyzes impact of the changes, prepare functional specifications, develop, configure and perform unit tests as well as assists the users. Working knowledge of AIM methodology and documentation Ability to create test documents and help in User acceptance testing Knowledge of SQL/PLSQL will be an added advantage.
