*Business Intelligence Lead* *Location: Omaha, NE* *Length: 12 months * *Interview: phone* *US CITIZEN ; GREENCARD or EAD ONLY* The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of ETL, data warehousing principles, architecture and integration services development along with a proven ability to think outside of the box while enjoying tackling different types of problems/projects and with a thirst for learning new technologies and developing skills. The lead will serve remote staff from an onsite location while also completing assigned development activities. Job Specific Responsibilities · Support the definition, design and implementation of integration, data warehouse & mart solutions to support analysis of call center and related sales operations across the enterprise. · Work as development lead for remote business intelligence (SSIS/ETL/DW) and .NET software development staff. Communicate closely with business partners and other technical team members to deliver solutions so the information necessary to make solid decisions is available. · Ensure accuracy, completeness and clarity of specifications. In cases where business requirements or scope documents are not provided, gather business requirements from the appropriate sources. · Work with minimal supervision, to deliver on schedule, coordinate and prioritize multiple requests. · Keep up-to-date on related applications, tools and technology. Candidate Requirements · Bachelor’s in Computer Science, MIS or Analytics or equivalent, plus 5 years work experience, or equivalent · Significant experience leading remote and onsite development as a development lead. · Strong written and verbal communication skills and a proven ability to communicate designs, test specification and other information in written form to remote staff. · Strong knowledge of ETL, data warehousing principles, architecture, design and development. · MS SQL & .NET development experience. · SharePoint and PowerPivot experience. · Significant hands-on experience writing SQL queries and with SSIS/SSAS/SSRS and Microsoft’s Business Intelligence Stack. · Exceptional problem solving and organizational skills accompanied by the ability to handle large projects while meeting deadlines and immediate business needs. · Business systems analysis experience with strong analytical skills. · Software development lifecycle knowledge in multiple methodologies ranging from traditional to agile.
