·         6 - 8 years of Experience in Citrix and Windows System
Administration

·         Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.

·         The candidate should have worked in a SLA driven environment.

·         Strong Knowledge on Troubleshooting skills on Windows server

·         Strong Knowledge on server management tools

·         Troubleshooting the incidents & problems reported on the servers

·         Provide the root cause analysis on the major incidents/problems

·         Carry out the scheduled activities like Patch installations,
Server reboot, Etc…

·         Patch management and Virus Management

·         H/W troubleshooting & Vendor coordination

·         Firmware & BIOS upgrade

·         Understanding of capacity planning, performance monitoring and
tuning.

·         Contribute to internal knowledge management system

·         Carry out user management activities
