Duties & Responsibilites :

Resources will provide help desk/end user support for Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office with a specific focus on resolving any incompatibility issues between Windows 7 to Windows 8.1 and MS Office 2010 to 2013.
- Assist the Help Desk team in providing Dept of Treasury end users with support in relation to the Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- The agency is rolling out upgrades to their desktops and laptops, moving from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1 operating systems and from Microsoft Office 2010 to Office 2013.
- The resources in these roles will be expected to assist/troubleshoot any OS or MS Office-related issues that end users may have on current versions, on new versions once deployed, and most importantly - any issues related to incompatibility that arise once the upgrades are completed.
- To be considered for the position, candidates MUST display experience providing significant troubleshooting support for Windows Operating Systems and for the full Microsoft Office suite of products - with specific experience related to troubleshooting and resolving compatibility/incompatibility issues between the older and newer versions that the agency is working with as noted here. 
- Specific experience troubleshooting/supporting MS Access and MS Excel (including experience writing Excel Macros), is key for this position as well, as these are commonly used programs by many of the end users within the agency, and significant support may be required related to these applications if/when incompatibility issues arise. 
- Excellent communication skills are required for this position.

- Any experience with Active Directory-Nice to have
- Any experience with _vbscript_ing-Nice to have
- Associate's Degree/Technical School Equivalent Exp.Required
