| Duties & Responsibilites : | Technical skills • Experience in RF technologies such as 3G/4G/LTE/Small cell/Metro cell • Experience of working in labs/field to configure and fine tune network elements, develop test cases, creating test reports • Experience in the RF testing, planning, optimization tools • Experimental test execution, monitoring, and lab maintenance • Lab re-modeling based on test cases and scenarios • Collecting log files, log analysis, trouble shooting • Experience on leading vendor equipment such as ALU/Ericsson/NSN etc Soft skills: • At least 5-6 years of relevant experience • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Analytical and problem solving skills • Experience of working with different teams |
