| Duties & Responsibilites : | •SAP Functional Design in the SD and PM modules •Functional Design in ClickSchedule / Service Optimization and ClickAnalyze Reports •Review, clarify, and prioritize technical designs •Need experience in Developing and documenting functional specifications in ClickSchedule, SAP, and PI interfaces between the 2 systems •Liaise between Functional and Development Team and provide guidance on construction of the end solution •Oversee and Guide team of Business Analysts through the process of documenting business requirements and writing functional specifications •Work directly with Business stakeholders to capture and document business requirements •Work directly with Business stakeholders to capture, design, and document business and system processes •Management of periodic releases of new functionality inclusive of managing monthly build and test cycles •Work directly with Business stakeholders to execute User Acceptance Testing and capture business sign-off •Guide quality assurance team in development of test cases, defect prioritization, and issue troubleshooting •Provide oversight of production support processes and production issue resolution. Guide support team and Business Analysts in troubleshooting •Assist with testing the solution and defect management •Liaise with data conversion & cleansing teams, and business review and acceptance of converted data Must have ClickSchedule |
