We are looking for a resource to bring specific experience in the following areas for the Telephony Solution Architect role:
· In-depth knowledge and understanding of telephony components and functionality, along with how they integrate and work together
· Understanding of best practices and guidelines for telephony setup and decisions; ability to perform trade-off assessment among technical options, including business/functional impacts
· Ability to translate telephony technical functions into business functionality and to communicate to non-technical resources using business terms
· Understanding of call center operations and system engineering to support call centers
· Functional project management skills, including: coordination, understanding risks, identifying possible impacts to project scope or schedule
· Technical skills desired:
- Architecture expertise in use of telephony switch and routing equipment, including Avaya and Cisco
- Architecture expertise in use of voice and data products in designing, developing and delivering IVR solutions
- Knowledge of Cisco IP telephony and UCC Call Center technologies, including softphone and CTI integration
- Experience configuring Cisco Call Manager, Unity, IPCC, and VoIP troubleshooting
- CCNP Voice ( CCVP ) certification a plus
- Cisco,IVR,Avaya
