Within the gambit of Oracle Universal Content Management 10g and 11g, a
candidate is expected to display following capabilities

*Overall Role Purpose:
*·        Conducts technical research, evaluation, testing, analysis,
upgrade, migration, conversion and documentation of Oracle UCM tool and
associated best practices and methodologies.
·        Creates application architectures and populates application
host/configuration matrices with appropriate strategies, timelines, and
cost information. Plans technical support infrastructure through the
creation of service level agreements.
·        Leads the transition from program development to support.
·        Defines and approves application standards and specifications.
·        Provides oversight for definition of product content.
·        Defines the specific components of the business solution and the
resulting relationships with the overall system.
·        Ensures that the business solution set is flexible enough to
support incremental development, ongoing maintenance, and future
enhancements to the system architecture.

*Technology Stack to be well versed with** *

·         Content Management

·         Oracle UCM 10gR3 and 11g (Expert/Guru)

·         Oracle IPM (Imaging and Process Management) 10gR3/11g
(Experienced)

·         Filenet Imaging Services (Awareness/Experienced)

·         Databases

·         Oracle

·         Operating Systems

·         Linux (Expert/Guru), Windows 7 (Experienced), Windows
XP(Experienced)

·         Document Capture

·         Any of Kofax Capture (Ascent Capture)7.5/8.0, ILINX Capture,
Oracle Document Capture(Preferred), Captiva InputAccel, RightFax.

   - *Should have total of 8+ years of IT Experience with at least 1 year
   of experience in Oracle UCM, URM 10g/11g products related *
   - *Must have experience leading a team of developers and must have
   mentored junior developers *
   - Implementation and User Support for Document Management & Records
   Management solutions.
   - Excellent understanding of Content Management fundamentals, Java,
   J2EE.
   - Good analytical skills to investigate and resolve the implementation
   issues for Oracle UCM/URM applications.
   - Hands-on experience in deployment, configuration & administration of
   development, test and production UCM servers
   - Ability to participate in ECM systems requirement analysis & design.
   - Should have hands on experience of supporting a large scale Oracle UCM
   implementation
   - Ability to participate in Oracle UCM system related change and release
   management processes
   - Experience assigning and implementing group and user access based file
   security and permissions.
   - Experience in creating folder plans, provisioning accounts and
   interfacing with Active Directory
   - Must have excellent communication & customer facing skills as frequent
   interactions with customer will be required on daily basis.
   - Experience on other related products like Oracle IPM, ODC, OFR will b
   an advantage
