The Software Developer will participate in the requirements gathering, design, development, packaging, and implementation of software. The Software Developer provides leadership in utilizing a defined software development methodology to develop software and in the most appropriate use of the available tools. The Software Developer may be the Lead Consultant on a project; We are looking for a Sr. Production Software Engineer who will work as a part of a dynamic team in a rapidly growing company. The Sr. Production Software Engineer is responsible for resolving code level Aprimo Marketing software issues as they are escalated from internal Technical Support Analysts, Hosting and Infrastructure teams and Aprimo's field services organization. The Sr. Production Software Engineer is also responsible for maintaining and improving the current Aprimo Marketing maintenance releases. *Specific duties include: * 1. Debugging and resolving technical software issues as they relate to software coding, database, and logical Aprimo Marketing application use. 2. Effectively interact with Support Analysts, and Aprimo new product development to troubleshoot and independently repair coding defects as found within current Aprimo Marketing software releases. 3. Develop and maintain a deep technical understanding of Aprimo Marketing software applications in order to effectively support Aprimo customers 4. Work with Aprimo Product Management to design, code enhancements and develop patches to current Aprimo Marketing applications. 5. Ensure that every customer is treated professionally and with respect 6.
