Basic object oriented programming knowledge, preferably Java Source code management system, preferably Subversion (any other related experience) *Experience with xUnit Framework (JUnit and/or TestNG) and build tools such as Maven, Ant.* Familiar with Behavior Driven Development Experience testing web based/workflow applications, preferably in Java/Oracle environments Experience in regular expressions, web services and tools such as SOAP UI *Worked with XPath, Dom, CSS. * Experience with testing tools for test case management and defect management Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, Project, and Excel). Excellent analytical skills. *Description:* Develop, maintain, and implement software Automation framework. Take lead on automation projects when needed. Manual testing when needed for familiarization of systems Communicate with Systems team to understand/clarify requirements. Identify and prepare test data for testing.Familiar with scope management, identifying risks and escalation process Has worked with defect tracking system. Provide regular updates/status to automation test lead and communicate any risks in a timely manner Participate in automation framework reviews. Maintain automation documentation. Provide mentoring to the testing team as required *Personal/Soft Skills:* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to work well in a fast paced environment under deadlines in a changing environment. Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously, Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently Must be organized and detail oriented. *Additional Skills / Knowledge Preferred: * Automation of Reports testing is a plus Finance industry experience is a plus. Experience with Oracle Financialsor any other Financial packages and CRM Scripting experience with performance tools such as JMeter Experience working in mid-large scale projects preferred.
