Client is seeking a seasoned and capable ETL Tech Lead in the Nashville
market.
*Responsibilities for the Technical Lead:*
- Perform complex ETL operations
- Serve as Technical SME to discuss and develop solutions with
Architects and then translate plans to development team
- Use breadth and depth of knowledge in ETL and Data Integration to
offer big picture perspective
- Design and code by hand complex stored procedures in SQL for purposes
of data movement and performance tuning
- Perform data profiling, source-target mappings, ETL development
- Provide in-depth business and technical analysis
Collaborate to better improve testing strategies
*Mentoring junior developers*
*Required experience for the Technical Lead: *
- 6+ years' experience with SQL Server and ETL Development
- Experience serving as the Lead within a Data Integration Team
- Strong experience with hand coded stored procedures for data movement
and performance tuning
- Hands-on developing procedures in T-SQL
- BCP utility experience
- Experience with source code control and change management
*Desired Experience for the Technical Lead:*
- Large data integration projects
- XML formats
- REST patterns
