   - what the container is in symfony2 or what part of an app does the
   dependency injection
   - where the container is configured (applicable to any framework with a
   container as in, most frameworks)
   - what an identity map is used for in an ORM system… tried to work
through the idea but came up with memcache being where the map is stored.
   - Did not know the difference between active record vs. data mapper
   patterns for ORM.
   - Must have heard CORS
   - jsonp
   - how to communicate to a bunch of nodes in ec2. Only had the
centralized config server idea (looking for knife, rightscale broker, sqs,
   mq, etc.)
   - Sharding. Should Provide example of timestamp based partitioning
(sort of) to distribute storage and region based storage.
   - mysql partitioning.
   - difference between private and public cache.

Here are some tips on what must be present in a candidate… They MUST WORK
FOR A CONSUMER FACING WEBSITE. And, they MUST BE A LEADER WHO CAN DEAL WITH
BIG PERSONALITIES. Developers are out there, but developers with
personality who are senior level, who have the potential to mentor junior
developers are even harder to find. We have met many senior/lead
developers who are technically astute, but unable to guide and mentor a
team. On the other hand, we have met people with the management experience
who are not willing to roll up their sleeves and code. They need to be the
senior-most PHP expert in the building – an architect. That is the
absolute key to getting this role filled, along with meeting the additional
requirements on the job description, of course.
