*Location: Round Rock, TX (must work on site)*



My client is seeking a strong Middleware Developer to join our clients team
in Round Rock, TX. The ideal candidate will have hands on integration
development experience as well as experience in either salesforce.com,
netsuite, or workday cloud platforms.



Position Description:



Ideal candidates will possess the following skills:

Candidate must have a Bachelors degree and *8+ years of professional
experience*

5+ years of technical systems development, *Application and B2B integration
experience*

3+ years of experience with *EDI standards. *

Strong understanding of *SQL and XML technologies*

Be up-to-date with industry-related technologies and standards

Technical understanding of Web Services technologies and SOA concepts
including *REST, SOAP and WSDL* is required

Experience in Cloud platforms like *SalesForce.com, NetSuite or Workday is
required*



Must demonstrate expertise in at least 4 of the below areas:

Application Frameworks, programming and/or integration

Application, B2B or Cloud Integration Design and Solutioning

Must demonstrate knowledge and skills in the following areas:

Business capability modeling

Business process design and mapping

Systems integration

Services and component design

Solutions modeling

End and future state reference modeling

Data modeling

Data security

Cost Benefit Analysis

Program and Portfolio management

Strategic planning



Ideal candidates will possess the following soft skills:

Exceptional written/oral communication skills including public speaking

Exceptional ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical
