Service Watch knowledge and experience required. * *Will also need to be familiar with PeopleSoft.* *Must have strong leadership and communication skills, strong in the areas of IT Service Management Consulting, ServiceNow Consulting, ITIL Process Consulting, IT Management, IT Program/Project Management and IT Business System Analyst experience.* *o Certs: ITIL required.
