*Responsibilities:*



1.       Review FI$Cal Project Deliverable Expectation Documents for each
phase of testing, including but not limited to, unit testing, integration
testing, system testing, performance testing, functional testing,
interface/conversion testing, and UAT.

2.       Review results for each phase of testing, including but not
limited to unit testing, integration testing, system testing, performance
testing, functional testing, and interface/conversion testing and provide
documented confirmation of the results, including any needed improvements
or additional testing, and recommendations.

3.       Guide and assist DGS in FI$Cal Project system test activities
including testing of reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions and
forms, as required.

4.       Assist DGS Business areas to develop UAT Business Scenarios.

5.       Assist DGS Business areas to develop UAT Test Scripts to test
business functions.

6.       Assist the DGS Business areas in the execution of both scripted
and unscripted tests in UAT.  Document unscripted tests.

7.       Assist DGS Business areas with the reporting of defects in UAT and
tracking all discovered defects to resolution (user acceptance).

8.       Create and execute a test plan for any necessary customizations,
interfaces, and data conversions.

9.       Create test scripts at all levels (Unit, Integration, System,
Performance, Functional, Interface, Conversion, and User Acceptance) for
FI$Cal impacted DGS legacy systems for any necessary customizations, data
conversions, and interfaces.

10.   Guide and assist in performing testing to validate data completeness
and integrity after data conversion.

11.   Provide mock conversions, dry-run, and dress rehearsal activities, as
described below:

a)                  Mock conversions are complete runs of the conversion
programs using real source data files, which are completed multiple times.

b)                  The dry run will focus on data quality for the
conversion data, as well as identifying and performing all the steps needed
for cutover.

c)                   The dress rehearsal will be executed on the
corresponding day of the week and time of day for each of the activities,
as well as from the location the activities will be performed during
transition.

12.   Guide and assist in end-to-end regression testing of legacy system
functions, interfaces, and data integrity.

13.   Perform system and interface security testing, as required.

14.   Perform Accessibility testing, as required.

*Mandatory qualifications:*



·         At least one or more of the proposed staff must have a minimum of
five (5) years’ experience as a lead tester for a major system product
release including multiple sub-system integrations.



·         At least one or more of the proposed staff must have a minimum of
five (5) years’ combined experience in performing design, development and
implementation of software testing plans.



·         At least one or more of the proposed staff must have a minimum of
five (5) years’ experience with system testing and
software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.



*Desired qualifications:*



·         PeopleSoft Enterprise Financials Testing:  Additional points will
be awarded for proposed staff that have one or more years of experience
with testing a PeopleSoft Enterprise Financials implementation, gained
within the past five (5) years.  One point will be awarded for each year of
experience, up to 5 years for the staff member with the most years of
relevant experience.



·         Testing Tools / Relevant Technology:  Additional points will be
awarded for the proposed staff that have one or more years of experience
with automated testing tools, or testing systems written in: Oracle
(Forms), Visual Basic (VB6), ASP.Net, C#, VB.Net, or SQL Server, gained
within the past five (5) years.  One point will be awarded for each year of
experience, up to 5 years for the staff member with the most years relevant
experience.
