3-5+Months Phone/Skype Hire They would really prefer somebody that has supported banking applications. MUST have excellent communication skills. they would likely hire over the phone. one of the contracts is 3 months, the other is 5 months. there are two positions. Responsibilities include and are not limited to the following: - Manages processes of assigned applications systems. Maintains assigned systems as required, using decision making skills to anticipate issues and develop recommended changes and improvements. - Functions as an application expert for all assigned systems, acting as a consultant to senior management and other business units as needed to resolve issues and carry out business goals. Uses technical expertise in support of applications to meet client's objectives. Manages client interaction and expectations regarding the application and/or database support, development and/or reporting efforts. - Employs system expertise to assist internal clients as needed with reporting and/or system maintenance requirements. Works with business units to develop new products, strategies, databases, forms and/or reports to improve functionality of systems. - Builds a knowledge base of each assigned application and/or process. Uses understanding of complex program, system requirements and database concepts to effectively employ different design and parameter techniques. Uses analytical skills for solution design and development to provide resolutions to issues and problems. - Manages and develops vendor relationships as needed. Serves as liaison between the production units and vendors as needed to resolve issues that arise and ensuring compliance to all performance standards. - May be required to facilitate team and client meetings effectively.
