Automation Test Manager:
This candidate will play a role in the test planning, test design, test
scripting, and test execution within distributed software applications.
He/she must apply functional knowledge and technical expertise to deliver
high quality testing projects; candidate must also work with testing team,
development and business to map out test cases per application
requirements, analyze and document defects and ensure proper test coverage.
This position will also be held accountable for producing proper
documentation and adhering to schedules. This person needs to have strong
ability to lead, manage and guide the automation and performance testing
efforts within the program. This position requires the ability to
understand automation frameworks, API Testing, Mobile, Web, and ADA.
Understand architecture, integration points between the systems and test
data environments to provide innovative test and validation. Ability to
drive adoption of test quality engineering, automation, performance,
continuous integration and continuous delivery.

Ensure that the staff has skills and behaviors to perform tasks fully
through effective communication of goals, objectives, performance and
necessary improvement plans.

Requirements:
--Must have strong background and understand of Automation Testing and
Performance Testing.
--Extensive experience with automation/performance software testing tools
such as Selenium (preferred), Rational Performance Tester (preferred),
Rational Functional Tester, QTP, LoadRunner, or other tools

Experience
--Must have an understanding Project Management, communication and
relationship building skills.
--The ability to drive the QA portion of the project, leading status
reports, responsible for testing metrics, and oversight of test projects.
--Must have a solid understanding of QA principles
--Excellent communication skills is required
--In-depth knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment
Concepts
--Passionate about Quality (thinks outside the box)

--Strong oral and written communication
--Sound attention to details
--Excellent leadership capabilities
--Ability to drive strategy and change
