Location : Charlotte, NC or San Francisco, CA * *Duration : 6+ Months * *Interview : **Phone / Skype* *GC, USC Only* Note: Candidate need to bring their own laptop for work Skill set: Banking domain is must, SQL and experience in solving L2 tickets Job Description • The person in this position will act as a liaison between business and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex SOR’s and the products and processing therein. • The position requires a balance of strong business/finance skills along with a solid understanding of databases and systems and the ability to communicate effectively across groups Job Responsibilities • Support the Wholesale Profitability platform by researching, analyzing, and responding to user tickets in a timely fashion. This process includes understanding the business issue to be solved, utilizing front end systems as well as databases to conduct research, and communicating findings to end users. • Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and formalize business and data requirements with a strong understanding of SDLC methodology • Perform User Acceptance Testing of application changes prior to production deployment as well as conduct post production validation. • Understand the needs and help manage expectations of profitability and cross-sell platform business needs.
