*Position : Business System Analyst with Facets Exp. * *Location : Norfolk, VA * *Duration : 12+ months * *Interview : Phone / Skype * Only candidates with lots of Facets experience – we include third party names when we provide to our client so don’t send someone without the strong facets experience – it will not end well for anyone Job Responsibilities · Responsible for serving as the liaison between the business and IT in translating complex business needs into application software. · Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: · BA needs to be able to communicate with PMs and Business Owners, and write logical, understandable requirements. · Analyzes complex end user needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs. · Determines specific business application software requirements to address complex business needs. Works with programming staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing. · Develops, executes, and documents simple to complex test scenarios and results. · Acts as a resource to users of the software to address questions/issues. · May provide direction and guidance to team members and serves as an expert for the team.
