This is a long term contract position. Hourly rate is DOE *Responsibilities:*** • Responsible for verifying and implementing the detailed technical design solution to the problem as identified by the Project/IT Director. Often responsible for providing a detailed technical design for enterprise solutions • Assists in the technical assessment and delivery of specific technical solutions.. • Collects and determines data from appropriate sources to assist in determining Business needs and requirements. Responds to requests for technical information from customers. Develops technology solutions using various industry products and technologies. MES Support – Assist IT Director on Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Ø Must have a working knowledge in the process and technology of MES ØMust have project lifecycle experience with MES within the Manufacturing Ø Must have experience in design, development, deployment, implementation, support of MES tools and applications Ø Must have experience with the AB product suite Ø Must be capable of meeting room discussion with Team and Business Leaders Ø Must understand industry standards (OPC, ISA-88, ISA-95, etc.) Ø Must be able to understand the integration of MES systems with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), ERP, SCADA and Shop Floor System) *Qualifications Education and Experience Required:* 5+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study. PHP programmer, Java, python – web development - HTML, basic Web development Developing and maintaining web front end. Ignition – written in Java – scripting. Visual studio. Working with PLC’s Java – python back end experience C# - Visual basics. SQL Server experience - write select statements, updates, receipts Lowest importance - Iphone app experience * * *Knowledge and Skills Required:* • Has sufficient depth and breadth of technical knowledge to design and scope multiple deliverables across a number of technologies. • Has demonstrated innovation and communication of new deliverables and offerings. • Ability to develop solutions that enhance the availability, performance, maintainability and agility of a particular enterprise. • Possesses an understanding, at a detailed level, of architectural dependencies of technologies in use in the customer’s Information Technology (IT) environment. Frequently uses product and application knowledge. • Able to communicate confidently and demonstrate professionalism. • Ability to work in a multi technology environment with the ability to diagnose complex technical problems to their root cause.
