Should have experience working with Perl/Shell scripting 2. Work with developers and users to understand requirements for the development of CQ Schemas and CQ User Databases 3. Support a CQ Test and Production environment. *Qualification: * 1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience 2. Knowledge of software development methodologies *Desired Candidate Profile – * 1. Experience of IBM Rational tools administration 2. Experience in writing Perl, shell scripting, VBScripts in support of ClearQuest 3. Experience in managing Server database. 4. Demonstrated working knowledge in IBM Rational ClearQuest administration, enhancement, design (CQ Designer) and customization processes using Visual Basic, SQL and/or Perl 5. Demonstrated working knowledge of: MS Excel, SQL, and Visio 6. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills with emphasis on details and validation. 7. Proven customer support experience *Responsibilities include: * 1. Administer IBM Rational ClearQuest 2. Perform ClearQuest tool enhancements and customization 3. Support teams with all issues relating to ClearQuest 4. Create custom scripts using ClearQuest Designer (VB, SQL, Perl) 5. Generate various kinds of reports from CQ data which can be used for PM 6. Identify and access customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. 7.
