*Title: Lead Business Analyst * *Location: Sacramento, CA * *Duration: 3 Months+ * * * *Job Description:* *Must Have Skills:* • 3+ years’ experience working as a lead BA in health insurance payer domain • 2+ years’ experience working as a BA in self-funded/administrative services only (ASO) lines of business • Experience modeling business processes using industry standard modeling tools and practices • Good knowledge of functional requirements gathering processes and best practices • Strong interpersonal, facilitation and leadership skills to lead business analysts by example and set guidelines for business analysts to follow • Able to break down large problems or large scopes into meaningful and achievable work streams which have tangible deliverables and work products • Elicit, analyze, and document various levels of complex requirements including Business and User Requirements " • Manages requirements and teams of business analysts through all phases and activities of the project life-cycle process associated with the Facets migration project • Determines goals and priorities with Project Manager, Program Manager and/or Project sponsors. • Creates all requirements planning documentation and follows all client Defined processes. • Coordinates team activities to meet project milestones. • Directs/leads project teams comprised of subject matter experts, technical specialists, and support staff to produce project requirement documents. • Coach to clarify assignments and deliverables; mentor others in requirements management practices; review quality of work and manage the integration of team member’s work."
