•          Must Have Skills: OEM Administrator



*8+ years of experience with*

1.   Strong understanding of Enterprise Manager Components, OMS, OEM Agent,
ADP and JVMD

2.   Must have hands on experience in Sizing OEM Installations esp. on the
Database Sizing estimation

3.   Must have had previous experience installation OEM in a High
Availability setup (at least more than 2 OMS instances)

4.   Must have installed SOA Suite and Oracle Service Bus in High
availability setup.

5.   Strong understanding of provisioning Middleware Targets like OSB, SOA
Suite, Weblogic Domains, etc.

6.   Must have previous experience setting up Custom Reports and Alerts on
OEM and changing thresholds for various metrics

7.   Strong understanding of Weblogic Clustering

8.   Must understand how to use Software Library and use OEM for
installations

9.   Must have installed ADP and JVMD tools within OEM

10.  Must have integrated OEM with Active Directory or LDAP

11.  Good Communication Skills and ability to manage and handle client
expectations

12.  Must understand BI Publisher Reports and must have created custom
reports using the BI Publisher

13.  Good experience scripting using ANT, WLST and Shell Scripting

14.  Must understand Python Scripting for automation



*At least 1 resource MUST Have following skills along with all above skills
( 1-15 )*



a.   Experience integrating OEM toolset with Amberpoint/OBTM 12c/6.5 .

b.   Experience integrating and troubleshooting  with relational databases
Oracle/DB2/MySQL

c.    Experience working with Linux/AIX operating systems.
