Please go through the below requirements and kindly send me the updated resumes ASAP *Role: Cyber Security Associate II* *Location: Boston, MA* *Duration: 12+ Months* *Client will conduct phone interviews first then with SKYPE or F2F interview depending on candidate location* *Responsibilities: *Review the security controls, practices, and infrastructure described by applicants in submitted Data Management Plans (DMPs) and assess whether the safeguards meet minimum CMS and CHIA standards. Audit data recipient compliance with CHIA data use agreements. Respond to data applicant questions on the DMP form, identify and communicate to applicants any findings in DMPs requiring further discussion, and evaluate supplemental applicant responses. Communicate with the CISO, CPO, and other CHIA staff on Data Management Plan concerns. Execute various information security audit and compliance tasks assigned by the CISO which may require internal and external research, assimilating information, and producing reports and documentation. *Qualifications: * *Minimum: *A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to be discreet and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information. Three or more years of professional experience in a full-time IT, compliance, or audit role (a Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Information Assurance, Information Security, or Cyber Security can substituted for two (2) years of work experience.) Professional or graduate-level experience in technical or business writing, such as producing documentation, procedures, or reports. Ability to take direction and execute tasks with minimal supervision. A basic comprehension of information security concepts, practices, and technologies such as the purpose of policies and procedures and various technical countermeasures. A demonstrable professional interest in information security, IT audit, or IT standards. *Preferred: *An M.S. degree in Information Assurance, Cyber Security, Information Security, or similar field. Domain knowledge in either cyber security, IT auditing, or IT standards compliance. An industry recognized security certification in cyber security or IT audit, such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or GIAC. *Familiarity with NIST cyber security standards, particularly SPs 800-53 and 800-66.
