*Job Responsibilities:*

   - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
   - Primary point of contact for employees and manager support, as well as
   maintaining Workday security and access requests
   - Partner with cross-functional teams (such as HR and Payroll) to
   troubleshoot and resolve issues
   - Evaluate and document current processes and procedures and implement
   improvements where feasible
   - Assist in system testing and quality assurance process for
   enhancements and new module implementations.
   - Perform regression testing for Workday releases/upgrades
   - Must be able to proactively communicate status and identify risks

   - HR Systems Support and Administration
   - Strong problem solving skills (critical, strategic and evaluative
   thinking)
   - Ability to work with all levels of internal and external customers
   - Ability to work effectively in a high volume, deadline driven,
   fast-paced environment
   - Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
   - Ability to remain flexible in response to changing priorities
   - Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills
   - Ability to manage confidential data
   - Experience working on a cross-functional HR projects and global
   environment
   - Experience querying data, data manipulation and report generation
   - Leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities
   for process improvements.

*Minimum Qualifications: *

   - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology,
   or related field
   - Must possess 1+ years of experience as a Workday system administrator
   and/or system implementation experience
   - At least 2 years of experience working with HR systems.
   - Thorough knowledge of Software Development Life cycle and QA processes.
   - Utilize workday reporting tools to develop on-going reporting and
   analytics.
   - Ability to effectively document, track and troubleshoot workday HR
   applications.
   - Must be results oriented and able to work well in a team environment
   - Experience querying data, data manipulation and report generation
