*Programmers/Analysts: *
Work under the direction of Project Director. The duties of
theProgrammers/Analysts will include, but are not limited to the following.
· Maintain the iePoint and Netcheck software programs.
· Ensure all software programs include defined edit and error
checking processesbased on state and federal policies. Programs must be
designed to consistentlyutilize current and publicly available data from
client sites (e.g., LEA and schoolinformation including school calendars,
special education cooperatives, andprivate facilities) to ensure data
quality and integrity.
· Maintain and develop any required web applications to assist in
the collection ofspecial education data.
· Validate data provided by districts and special education
cooperatives to ensureerror free data files are received by ISBE.
*REQUIRED SKILLS*
· In-depth knowledge of and experience with Microsoft® SQL Server
2000/2008;
· In-depth knowledge of and experience with Microsoft® ASP.NET;
· In-depth knowledge of and experience with Microsoft® Visual
Studio.NET;
· In-depth knowledge of and experience with Microsoft® Visual
FoxPro;
· In-depth knowledge of and experience with Microsoft® Visual FoxPro
Web Connect;
· In-depth knowledge of and experience with Liveware R&R Report
Writer®;
· Experience in providing user training and customer support; and
· Excellent communication skills.
