*Job Title: Cisco Network Engineer / UCCX* *Location: San Diego, CA* *Duration: 6-12 Months* *No of openings:- 2 * Must have UCCX and Cisco Call Manager experience. They need to be true VOIP people, need ‘installation and actual support experience’ with VOIP. Can tell the story where they took old phone system and turned it into the new phone system, rolling out of phones, supporting the customer… Need to describe how they are Actively involved in a roll out. This specific project is an NEC to Cisco voice conversion. VOIP military experience is highly preferred. Customer facing ability required, working with admin assistants, VP’s. UCCX experience (IVR, ACD) experience highly sought after. The process is a single NEC resource is pulling info from the PBX. Info is placed in a spreadsheet and given to the customer. They give it back and then they manipulate the data and upload the info to set up the sight. Project is in the deployment phase. 2 Sr design engineers – someone who can create a ‘dial plan from a design document’ configure gateways and new sites, configure analog gateways, configure all the users. CCDP Voice cert very sought after. Cisco Unified Communications Design Engineer with CCVP or CCIE Voice skills. Person will be following a design specification and creating new sites, updated dial plans, calling search spaces, and dial peers.
