Excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills to explain project goals and inspire support. Strong presentation skills. . Extensive use of Microsoft office and project planning tools. Experience with Iterative and/or Agile process but flexible as TR does not use just one process. . Hands on tech project management - experience with SDLC and more mature software projects with repeated releases. Dev managers (those with a Dev background) are discouraged. Should be more people focused then technical. Desired skills: . PMP Certification . Sharepoint knowledge .
