Should have 5+ years of working experience on Oracle Application SCM domain and out of which 2-4 years working experience in OTM modules 2. Knowledge of Transportation industry, especially LTL (Less than Truck load) business process. US/Europe LTL process is an added advantage 3. Should have strong configuration skills in ‘contract & Rate management (Rate offering, rate records, rate quality factors, rate preference) from front end and backend’ 4. Should be good at configurations of ‘Multi stop, Multi Leg- Domestic / International shipments’ 5. Should be strong in understanding the Legacy systems and map it to OTM related modules 6. Should strong in OTM concepts like ‘Sourcing, container optimization, planning parameters and itineraries’ 7. Prior support experience (onsite – offshore model) is preferable 8.
