The financial functional lead serves as a liaison between the technical
staff and business user community, with a thorough understanding of how to
interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and
operational requirements. Works with users to identify and specify complex
business requirements, then calls upon a deep knowledge of Oracle EBS to
deliver application design, module configuration/setup, acceptance testing,
and End-User training.



*Key responsibilities*

Complete technical architecture design, logical design and technology
strategy

Work as a business partner with client users to evaluate / improve business
processes and arrive at mutual, cost effective solutions



Translate challenging business requirements into solutions leveraging
standard Oracle functionality in the most current releases of Oracle EBS

Perform configuration and setups

Ensure deliverables are tracked and delivered to the project schedule

Mentor in-house technical resources on Oracle EBS system

Lead business process evaluations, requirements-gathering, system analysis
and design activities

Collaborate on design decisions on business solutions and processes on
Oracle EBS

Engage multiple stakeholders to ensure a successful rollout of business
solutions

Work with external consultants to ensure quality deliverables that meet
standards

Work closely with application development managers and integration
resources to build integrated solutions

Monitor production to identify candidates for long term application
improvements

Perform other duties as assigned or necessary

*Qualifications:*

* *

* Financials modules expertise must have: *AR,  GL  and OM*

* Financial business background strongly preferred

* A deep understanding of  *Quote to Cash, Revenue and General Accounting
processes.*

* Must have experience implementing custom solutions that are integrated *with
Oracle EBS, specifically involving order, fulfillment, billing, returns and
revenue processing.*

* Familiar with SDLC and required deliverables for each phase.

* Experience with Informatica , Vertex ,or Aria a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related
field

Client is looking for Oracle ERP Technical architect, who is self
motivated, and can coalesce as part of the team, to  deliver application
technology infrastructure, enhancements and support tasks for variety of
ERP and related applications.



*Essential Functions: *

* *

As an Oracle ERP Technical Architect, you are responsible for providing
technology architecture, you will work with downstream teams to deliver
necessary infrastructure, plan for capacity for company's 3-5 years growth,
support the environments through the project life cycle, etc.



- Participate and contribute to strategic and tactical project deliverables

- Understand requirements from the project teams, customers and design the
right technology solution

- Align with the project teams closely, and delivery to their milestones

- Enable monitoring of various technology stacks to track and react to
failures

- Design technology for high availability, redundancy, clustering, etc to
enable continued business availability

- Plan for capacity to enable company's growth 3-5 years, be ahead of the
curve

- Participate and contribute to Corporate Business Continuity program

- Troubleshoot performance problems, optimize and fine-tune production and
non-production application instances

- Design and develop backup and recovery strategy for each application

- General Information Technology industry knowledge as it applies to the
area of databases.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently with competing deadlines

- Ability to work independently and with limited guidance

- Limited supervision is provided, as this individual can operate, drive
results and set priorities

- The ideal candidate would be a proactive contributor

- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with cross functional teams

*Prior Work Experience :*

- At least 8+ years experience in *Oracle E*Business Suite 11.5.9, 11.5.10.
Experience in R12 is plus*

- At least 5+ years experience in *Oracle Single Sign-On (SSO), Oracle
Access Manager (OAM) and Oracle Identity Management (OIM) on versions 10g
and 11g*

- Have extensive experience on installation, configuration and cloning
of *Oracle
E*Business Suite, Oracle SSO  and Oracle Databases.*

- Have extensive experience on Oracle E*Business user administration
concepts on integration with Oracle Single Sign On, OAM and OIM.

- Have deep understanding on Oracle E*Business suite workflow
administration, setup and purging concepts.

- Have deep understanding of various technology components of e*Business
suite, their interaction and integration

- Should have resolved critical, performance issues, suggested
alternatives, workarounds, etc

- Extensive knowledge in Oracle Databases 10g, 11g, and its interaction
with Oracle e*Business suite. Experience in managing RAC databases is a
plus.

- Extensive knowledge and experience on database performance concepts and
should have hand on performance tuning experience resolving critical
performance issues

- WebServers - Apache, OHS, IIS

- Java Containers - WebLogic, OC4J, TomCat, Jboss. Experience in Weblogic
installation, setup and clustering is a plus.

- Extensive Knowledge of scripting tools (eg. Perl, Unix Shell, SQL, Java
Script, etc)



*Knowledge on these will be an added plus:*

- Technical and hands-on knowledge in AP Imaging Markview Systems, Sabrix -
OneSource Tax computation systems,  Optio eComm Present and Integrate for
document formatting and archival,Demantra  and Agile systems

- Integration of the above with Oracle e*Business suite





*Educational Experience*

*- A minimum of 10 years of experience is required. *

- A Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree in Computer Science is required; or
related field.

- Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, moderately complex
technical tasks.

- Have demonstrated expertise in the above mentioned technology areas
