*Duration Long Term* *Only Local consultants need onsite interview must.* *OTL and Payroll experience is a MUST* Experience: • 10+ years relevant Oracle EBS experience • Functional Expertise with solid understanding of underlying data flow and functionality in Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, SSHR, Comp Workbench, Integrations with Oracle payroll & OTL, iRecruitment) • Expertise with Oracle EBS Release R12 (12.1.3 + ), including full life-cycle implementation experience, configuration and administration of the application • Ability to perform gap analysis and develop functional specs • Past experience as a team/track lead for one or more R12 implementations • Strong with HR related conversions • Full lifecycle Implementation experience Skills: • Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly. Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations • Ability to work on all project phases including fit/gap, configuration, testing, and transition to the business • Strong conversion knowledge. • Should have basic PL/SQL , Query writing skills • Advise on options, risks, and any impacts on business processes or systems • Documentation and Configuration the Oracle HR modules • Strong knowledge of key application functionality • Solid understanding of Oracle EBS database/table structures and the integration and impacts between modules • Solid understanding of integration of all Oracle modules • Expert knowledge in Core HR and related Apps • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills – verbal & written • Ability to work calmly and professionally in high pressure situations *Regards,* *Vara* *IntelliSoft Technologies, Inc* *1320 Greenway Drive STE 460* *Irving, TX 75038* *Ph.
